We are now registered as Zen Knowledge Services in the southern Indian metropolis of Chennai, earlier known as Madras. Zen means 'intuitive insight', and is an easily pronounceable and recognized word across the globe. Click here to find out why our logo is orange in color. The founders started by working out of home; and, thence evolved the idea of a tele-commuting workforce. This was a tough call, given the novelty of freelancing in India. Arguably, this is a first of its kind experiment in the Indian BPO/KPO landscape. However, Zen Knowledge Services has perseveringly trail-blazed this model by instituting innovative empanelment, training, compensation, and feedback processes. This has helped Zen Knowledge Services to develop a network of cross-sectoral, cross-functional, multi-locational, on-demand, research capability all across the country.
