Her primary responsibilities are Research Operations and Finance. Of her over seven years of professional work experience, half has been in the market research industry, primarily in the healthcare domain. Before Zen Knowledge Services was set up, Vanita worked with Frost & Sullivan where she consulted global majors and tracked global markets. Her earlier stint at Wockhardt Limited was in a product and business management role. Vanita has a post graduate degree in Management from MDI, Gurgaon, India, and a Bachelors degree in Chemistry from Mumbai University, India. She is married, and lives in Chennai. Apart from a love for theatre, she is deeply interested in India's sustainable development. Namrata Sundaresan Namrata Sundaresan is one of the co-founders and a partner at Zen Knowledge Services. Her primary responsibilities include Business Development and Human Resources. She has over seven years experience in Secondary Market/Business Research. In her stints at Frost & Sullivan and SmartAnalyst she has had exposure to various aspects of research across domains and research operations for global clients. She has hands-on experience of research project management. She has also worked as a freelance business researcher for organizations based in North America and Europe, across sectors such as telecom, business research and analysis services, software, and healthcare. Namrata has a post graduate diploma in Business Administration, from Tirupati-based TIME - The Management School, and a graduate degree with honors in science, from Utkal University, Orissa.
