a. Deliverer: Does the deliverer consider deadlines inviolable? Has the deliverer maintained and kept up the promised schedule, deadline after deadline?
b. Deliverable: Has the deliverable reached the client in time for their organization to consider it and act accordingly? Or has it reached too much in advance, so that they are not prepared for it? Or too late, so that the 'right' time has passed them by?
