a. Deliverer: Is the client convinced that not only has the deliverer done his best, but done the best possible job? Would the client go back to the same deliverer with more, and increasingly critical assignments?
b. Deliverable: Is the information verifiable? Is it obtained from authentic sources? Can it be used to take business decisions?
